1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and 789r ("789r", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 789r website located at 789r.lat, including all casino, sportsbook, live casino, slots and promotional services offered therein (collectively, "the Services").

5.3 Currency

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Betting Rules

Where an account is closed due to Terms breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is not related to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 789r platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 789r or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 11. Limitation of Liability
